Ashtanga Yoga Self Practice in West London
If you are looking to deepen you Ashtanga yoga practice in West London, our Mysore-style self-practice program in Notting Hill might be the perfect fit for you. Whether you are new to Mysore-style Ashtanga or have an established practice, our welcoming community is here to support you yoga journey.
We encourge regular commitment, ideally 2-3 times per week, to experience the full benefits of this method. Our sessions are probably more suitable for those who live, work or have easy access to West London and are eager to join a dedicted group of practitioners, virtual attendance and classes are available though too for those that prefer them.

Days & Times: Tuesday & Thursday
8.00 – 10:00 AM (join anytime during the session)
What to Expect:
This is a traditional Mysore-style class where students move through the Ashtanga sequence at their own pace, with individualised guidance.
If you’re new to the practice, you’ll begin with a shorter sequence of postures that you can gradually memorise and build on over time. You’ll be supported step by step to develop a consistent, confident self-practice.

We currently offer 3 in person sessions for £50 and unlimited online attendance for 2 weeks to new students.
Monthly and quarterly payment options available.
